Frittata is a typical Italian food made from eggs and is usually combined with potatoes, meat, cheese, pasta. Well for those of you who want to try this delicious meal, try this one recipe, Frittata, which is combined with Japanese cucumber.
6 large eggs
1 1/2 tbsp oil
½ onion, sliced
1 Japanese cucumber, thin
1/2 cup of sweet corn
How to make:
Preheat the oven to 400F.
In a large bowl, break the eggs, add salt and shake for a while.
Heat the Teflon on medium heat, pour a little oil, saute onion until fragrant and add Japanese cucumber slices and sweet corn. Cook for a while.
Pour the egg in the sauteed cucumber, cook for 2 minutes until the edge of the egg begins to turn light brown.
Remove the Teflon and move it to the oven, and bake for 10 minutes until it’s browned. Take it out of the oven and cut it into pieces. Serve while warm.
