Recipe for Making Delicious and Delicious Vegetable Lasagna

3 garlic cloves
1 eggplant fruit
1 carrot
1 zucini (Japanese cucumber)
5 button mushrooms
3 tomatoes
100 grams of machete pumpkin
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp oregano powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp vegetable broth
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of sugar
3 tablespoons cooking cream
50 grams of cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons of butter
500 ml of liquid milk
50 grams of cheddar cheese
50 grams of mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp salt
Right amount of oil
Sufficient parsley leaves

Steps for making it:
Boil a sheet of lasagna paste, give a little oil so it doesn’t stick together, set aside;
Boil the tomatoes with boiling water, peel the skin then blend, set aside;
Cut all the vegetables in the dice shape;
Chop garlic and onions;
Prepare a skillet containing enough cooking oil;
Add the onion and garlic, saute until fragrant;
Add blended tomatoes, oregano powder and tomato paste, mix well;
Add sugar, black pepper, salt and vegetable broth;
Add the cut vegetables, cook for 1 minute;
Add cooking cream, cook until cooked, remove and set aside;
Make the sauce, prepare a skillet or pan, melt the butter;
Add flour, stir well so as not to clot;
Pour liquid milk, stir until thickened;
Add salt and cheddar cheese, cook for a while, set aside;
Prepare a heat-resistant container, insert the lowest lasagna sheet;
Continued with stir-fried vegetables and sauce;
Pile again with lasagna sheets, saute vegetables and soas;
Continue to the lasagna sheet, saute the vegetables and the sauce runs out;
Add cheese on top, as much as desired;
Bake for 30-40 minutes with a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius;
After cooking, lift and sprinkle with parsley leaves, ready to be served.
Tip: Don’t let the oven process take too long because over baked can make the lasagna hard, even though the lasagna should have melted.
