In a blender or blender add the avocado, lime juice, mayonnaise, buttermilk, chipotle pepper and ranch dressing seasoning mix. Pulse until thoroughly combined and smooth. If needed put in a few tablespoons of water to thin the dressing. This should make 2 servings of dressing.
