Recipe for making pineapple pear juice
350 grams of pears, cut into pieces
150 grams of strawberries, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
500 grams of shaved ice
200 grams of pineapple, blender
1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk
50 grams of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cornstarch, dissolve in 2 teaspoons of water
100 ml of water
How to make:
Sauce, pineapple stew, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and salt. Stir until boiling.
Add water. Stir until boiling. Add the cornstarch solution. Stir until thick. Lift. Cool it down.
Mix well with pear, strawberries and lemon juice.
Place it in a bowl. Pour pineapple sauce. Add shaved ice. Serve it.
